Radical Process 1# Who are you?

It is essential to know where you are at (Slave) before you can be where you wanna be! (CEO) Hence, your first entry point is to know who you are. Here are some questions to get to know yourself better.

(a) What do I enjoy doing?

(b) What do I hate doing?

(c)What do I want MORE in my life?

(d) What do I want LESS in my life?  

(e) What are 3 of my strongest strengths?

(f) What are 3 of my weaknesses?

As you can see, these questions are general and you might think it is useless. But Wait! Don’t underestimate the power of knowing what you like and dislike, because it can save your time, energy, money AND invest your time, energy and money to your Radical life.

Radical Process 2# Setting RaDiCal goals.

In reference to Radical process 1#, (c) What do I want MORE in my life? can directly be your RaDiCal goals. But you might question the “radicalness” of your Goals; Here are some steps to color your Goals.

SO… What makes a goal Radical? 

1st Sign – Your heart pick up speed for no reason when writing/ reading your goals

2nd Sigh- You feel challenged, alert, Do-It-Now feelings, excited

3rd Sign- You would sacrifice your sleep, money and time to reach your Goal

How to make my goals RaDiCal?

Secret 1- Aim as High as you can

Do not settle for just enough orjust pass. Neurolgical Research have shown that shallow or easy goals are not given attention to, soon neglected, given-up and forgotten because the human brain is not activated. Instead set High and realistic goals to jump start your brain to work according to your will!

Secret 2- Set Specific RaDiCal goals

Generalization is liken to mumbling, being general in any subjust does not claim your credibility nor earn you big bucks. So why bother being general, juststart being specific and get to the point!

Steps to set specific RadiCal goals:

Step 1- Set specific goals (e.g I want a pay increment, I want to increase my sales)

Step 2- measurable goals (e.g increase income from 1k to 3 k, increase sales from 30% to 60%)

Step 3- Set a deadline (e.g increase income by Year end, increase sales by August)

Step 4- Set processes to reach your RaDiCal goals (e.g take up part-time jobs, improve marketing)

 Tips:  Write down your goals, deadlines and measurements on the calendar that is visible to you. Refer it daily and take action.
